Shards signature cocktails
$23 each · bespoke cocktail, $25Cherry wood-smoked tequila balanced with tomato water, hibiscus, lime and rhubarb — smoky, savoury, and lightly sweet.
A twist on the Penicillin — galangal, eucalyptus honey and apple cider vinegar, finished with lapsang souchong-infused vodka.
